CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT:
Check-in is from 4:00pm-6:00pm on your scheduled date of arrival, if you think you will be arriving
at a later time or date please be sure to contact us so that we are able to arrange a special check-in
for you. Checkout is at 10:00am sharp, late departure is subject to a partial or full day charge.
You will be required to provide either your RCI confirmation letter or photo identification at checkin
along with a credit card, which we will imprint and hold for 7 days after your departure.
ROOM OCCUPANCY IS STRICTLY ENFORCED:
1BR – 4 OCCUPANTS * STUDIO & #102 – 2 OCCUPANTS * 2BR – 6 OCCUPANTS
TELEPHONE:
There is extremely LIMITED cell phone service in the Mad River Valley. Telephones are provided in
units and local calls are complimentary. Please bring a calling card for long distance calls.
Calls can be received directly in units by having the caller dial the main number and enter your unit
number.
INTERNET:
Complimentary Wi-Fi is available for your use during your stay. The Seasons does not provide
computers for guest use.
SUPPLIES:
The resort provides all linens and paper supplies.
LINENS AND CLEANING:
The Seasons does not provide cleaning services during your stay, a towel exchange is offered each
Wednesday and pool towels are supplied for your use.
POOL AND TENNIS:
Our outdoor pool and tennis courts are open from Memorial Day to Labor Day each year. The pool
is not staffed with a lifeguard, an adult must accompany all children and use is at your own risk.
AREA ACTIVITIES:
The Mad River Valley offers many activities for outdoor enthusiasts or those looking to have a
relaxing getaway. We are home to over 40 locally owned restaurants. Please visit our activities tab

UPGRADES AND EXTRA NIGHTS:
The Seasons will offer upgrades or additional nights for a fee. Please contact us for availability and
pricing.
