Reminder - The Seasons is a Non-Smoking Resort / No Pets Allowed /
No Units are Air Conditioned
KEYS/CREDIT CARD IMPRINT: Credit Card imprint will be made at time of check in and HELD for 7 (seven) days after departure. You will receive TWO (2) sets of keys to your unit. PLEASE return both sets to the front desk upon your departure. Place keys in the KEY BOX on the front desk counter. Lock outs or lost key charge is $25.00.
CHECK-OUT: 10:00 a.m. SHARP! Late departure subject to partial or full day charge.
MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY – (as shown on your R.C.I. EXCHANGE)
STRICTLY ENFORCED per the Town of Warren fire codes:
1BR – 4 OCCUPANTS * STUDIO & #102 – 2 OCCUPANTS * 2BR – 6 OCCUPANTS
Only 20 units – RCI fills every unit – no larger units OR rental of extra days available.
TELEPHONE: To GET OUTSIDE LINE – YOU MUST DIAL “9”. Local Calls Free – You WILL NEED Calling card for long distance calling. (Your cell phone might not work in mountain areas.) You can receive calls directly to your unit by calling the resort main number – 802-496-7669, then entering the 3-digit UNIT number at any time during message.
INTERNET: Free “WI-FI” available in lobby area. Free dedicated phone line available in lobby for dial-up Internet connection.
SUPPLIES: Paper and plastic supplies (dish liquid, paper towels, coffee filters, salt and pepper, toilet paper, soap, trash liners) supplied. ICE MACHINE, LAUNDRY FACILITIES, SODA MACHINE, SKI ROOM - located on the North end of the building on the first floor. The garbage receptacle is located at the north end of the parking lot, in fenced area.
TOWEL EXCHANGE: You will get a mid-week change of towels. This will occur on Wednesdays and towels will be placed in your unit. We do not provide cleaning services during the week.
Outdoor Pool open from Memorial Day to September, weather dependent. Heated to 78 degrees. Hot Tub open during Fall and Ski Season from 10AM to 10PM. The Seasons Resort has On-Site fitness center with state of the art exercise equipment!
